Recreation Manitoba understands that each organization has its own policies on the disclosure of salaries in job posting. We believe that posting salary ranges supports pay equity.  Posting a salary range sets expectations and is a more transparent process for applicants. While we do not mandate it, we do encourage all organizations and recruiters who wish to advertise open positions on our Job Board to include a salary range.
