The Government of Manitoba is seeking input on the changing of the clocks and which time zone to adopt. While a first glance it might not seem like a big change, but shorter day light hours in the summer would have an impact on timing for facility usage and scheduling, especially for those facilities without lighting, while opening up opportunities for new program times in the morning before the work day.
