How do I select my sessions?

Starting end of January 2025, all delegates will be asked to selected their sessions once the program has been finalized.

What happens if I can no longer attend after I register?

Cancellations less a $35 admin fee will be allowed up until four weeks prior to the Conference. After four weeks no refund will be given, however registration may be transferred to another individual. More information on our registration and cancellation policy can be found HERE.

What happens if I registered for a session but want to change my mind and attend another one?

We ask all delegates to select their session preferences to ensure we select an appropriate room size for each session. If you would like to make a switch, please email us and we would be happy to make the switch. Switches after March 2, 2025 will not be permitted. 

I only want to attend a single day.

Individuals who only want to attend one single day of Connect 2025 will be able to register as of February 8, 2025, if space allows. 

I only want to attend a single session/workshop.

We do not allow registration for a single workshop or program. You may select the single day rate registration during that registration period and as space allows.

Where do I stay in Headingley for the event?

Once the hotel block has been confirmed, information will be published. You must adhere to the registration deadline on the hotel to be guaranteed the rate and room availability for this event.
