Will I be able to attend all sessions virtually?We are offering up virtually session on Thursday, March 3rd and another session on Wednesday March 9th. All sessions are scheduled to be in person and will not be broadcast. The resources required to live stream all sessions are beyond Recreation Manitoba’s budget and capabilities.
What happens if Public Health Orders become more restrictive?Safety is our top priority we will follow all public health orders as they change. We will also go over above public health orders if we feel its in the best interests of participants.
Will you go fully virtually?If we feel it’s in the best interest of our participants safety we will transition to a fully virtual model. We will make this decision in late January or early February. At that time we review all aspects of the Conference including registration fees, social events etc and make necessary adjustments.
Do I have to be vaccinated or wear a mask?See our COVID Safety Measures page.
What happens if I am no longer comfortable attending after I register?Cancellations less a $35 admin fee will be allowed up until four weeks prior to the Conference. After four weeks no refund will be given however registration maybe transferred to another individual.
What happens if I registered for a session but want to change my mind and attend another one?We will be confirming attendance at session prior to Conference so you have plenty of time to change your mind. We ask you to select your sessions prior to so we can ensure we select the proper rooms size for the session to help us maintain social distancing measures.
I only want to attend a single session.Currently we offer the option of registering for a single day or the keynote sessions. We do not offer the option of only attending a single session.
