At the Heart of It All

Recreation is the heartbeat of our communities—a vibrant hub where connection, growth, and resilience thrive. From parks and gathering spaces to first jobs and volunteer experiences, recreation centers are where friendships form, learning continues, and communities come together in times of celebration and crisis. This year’s theme builds on our inaugural edition’s spirit of unity, celebrating recreation as the core that keeps our communities strong, connected, and inspired.

The Connect 2026 Conference will includes keynote speaker, tradeshow inspiring workshops and an opportunity to connect and network with recreation professionals from across the province of Manitoba. It will conclude with the presentation of the 2026 Awards Program at the President's Luncheon and Awards Ceremony
