Join Hannah as she shares key findings from her first PhD study exploring disability inclusion in Canadian park workplaces. Drawing on in-depth interviews with 17 people with disabilities—both current employees in national, provincial, and territorial parks and individuals aspiring to work in these spaces—this webinar highlights what inclusion and accessibility can look like in practice.
Hannah will unpack several core themes from her research that point to meaningful pathways toward more inclusive park workplaces, grounded in the lived experiences of disabled people themselves. The session will offer practical insights, spark reflection, and encourage conversation about how parks and similar organizations can better support diverse ways of working.
Participants are warmly invited to engage, ask questions, and share their own perspectives on building more inclusive and accessible workplaces.
Attendees will be sent the MS Teams Link to join the webinar in their registration confirmation email.
